From Pakistan, through the United States, to Portugal. These three countries are part of Abia Karim's story, they are her past and her present, but she leaves the door open as to her future. It is the people, the food, the small cultural differences that feed Abia and her diary. She tells us how she feels at home in Lisbon and tells us how in this city she forged a new relationship with time. This is her journey, growing up feeling that she didn't belong anywhere, only to discover later, as she herself tells us, that in fact she belongs everywhere.
